Has your fuelGenie account recently been approved, but are you unsure what to do next? We know setting up a new account can seem complicated, so we’ve created a guide to walk you through on what to do next to help you get your account up and running in no time.
Step 1: Welcome pack
After your account has been approved, keep an eye out for your welcome pack. This will be dispatched to you and should be at your doorstep within five working days. The package will contain your fuelGenie card(s) as well as information on your credit limit and a guide through all the benefits and features of your account.
Step 2: Activate your account
First things first, you need to activate your account. But how? You’ll receive an activation code which is included in the letter in your welcome pack.
Next, simply head to our website and tap on ‘activate account’ at the top of the fuelGenie page and enter your activation code. Once you’ve entered the activation code, you’ll need to answer the account activation question that was set when your application was made.
Step 3: Login to your account
Once you’ve successfully registered for your fuelGenie account, we’ll send an email with your login details. This will include your chosen username and a temporary password to be used for your initial login. You’ll be prompted to change this once you’ve signed in.
To access your portal, tap the ‘login’ button on the right-hand side of the menu bar at the top of the page. Then enter your login name and password to view and manage your account.
Step 4: Download the fuelGenie app
Working on the go, but still want to manage your account?
Our new app gives you access at your fingertips, wherever you go. You can view your account details remotely, so you can easily see what’s happening whilst out and about, plus you can manage your cards and view invoices on the app. And it doesn’t stop there – your drivers can easily locate their nearest fuelGenie or fuelGenie+ eligible fuel station on the app. It has everything you need, so be sure to download it from the App Store or Google Play.
